Our history

Insinor is an engineering firm established in spring 2022 in Kouvola tai South-Eastern Finland, Finland. Co-founder and CEO, Jimi Pulkka (MSc), has been working in the field of strength analysis for over 20 years. His experience includes expertise work, project management, and leadership. Additionally, Jimi has been involved in the development of Eurocode standards in Finland since 2016.

The other co-founder, Tanja Pulkka, has a background in financial management and social services professional (MAS). Tanja has worked in various expert, trainer, and advisor roles in both fields for over 10 years. Both have previous experience as entrepreneurs. The division of responsibilities naturally fell into place based on their backgrounds, interests, and expertise, with Jimi overseeing the operational side and Tanja handling administration.
